When you hire 100 people using the same standards and criteria, most likely the selection will give you employees with similar CV, training and experience. You pay 100 salaries for practically one type of brain.

Maybe thats one explanation for why a diverse workforce and leadership is outperforming an average organisation anytime. Actually by up to 35%. More and more research is turning up, confirming this. The success rate is literally incredibly high, but with all the best efforts, no opposite information could be found. Here is one article out of many, describing the results McKinseys came up with in their research: https://www.mckinsey.com/business-functions/organization/our-insights/why-diversity-matters

But wait, are people who differ from those who live and grow within the largely accepted limits and standards not often victim to bullying, racism and discrimination? Is it morally and ethically right to benefit of those peoples diversity?

Well of course it is, for sure nobody would like to be employed out of pity. And together, step by step, you will change the perception of diversity and build a better world while profiting and staying ahead of your competition.

You might even go as far as using the quota to get Diversity kick-started, see this success story here:

One thing though: You are doing the Right Thing, but remember, this is not charity. You don't get to be the hero! For charity, you might for example want to look into supporting people who are saving street dogs.

Use your time for learning all about diversity, we created and updated this compact course for you (and as always, Udemy is providing a special price offer and money back guarantee!):

Enjoy your success!
