Sara Salmani joins Nordic Diversity Trainers network of consultants

Sara Salmani, one of Finland's most experienced Diversity and Inclusion
specialist has joined the Nordic Diversity Trainer network of consultants. "I am really happy to start our collaboration." She says. Sara is well known for her Ramadan and Eid campaign at the Helsinki shopping center Iltis and has won the Gold Sabre Award, for her campaign "Work does not discriminate" with Miltton and the Confederation of Finnish Industries. The Gold Sabre Award recognizes campaigns that demonstrate the highest levels of strategic planning, creativity and business results. "Sara is just the addition to our network that we need right now," Christian Thibault states, "her expertise and experience in marketing, campaigns and business will help us continue to provide the best customized deliveries to our clients."
The 2018 founded Nordic Diversity Trainers have since taken a fast development and encountered global times for change already in 2020, as most of the world did. "The tragedy about George Floyd and the empowering of the Black Lives Movement has brought us more requests, while the restrictions due to Covid-19 demanded for new models of delivery."
Since then, additional to the English language online courses and the 2020 published Guidebook, "Diversity Now", the first ever largescale anti-racism course in Finnish, together with targeted and tailor-made Diversity-Webinars have become Nordic Diversity Trainers success base. The two people start-up developed into an agency and coordinator for independently collaborating experts in the field of diversity.
"We recognized that Finland alone needs hundreds of well-trained and experienced Diversity Trainers, while at the moment there are maybe just about twenty.
We also understood from our clients requests from municipalities, schools, large global and small local businesses as well as NGO´s, with questions as seemingly different as to how to recruit diverse talent to Finland to how to tackle racism at schools, that we need a large skill set to provide the complete scale of service. Nobody can know everything, but together we can cover pretty much of the needed expertise. Now, with Sara joining our team of brilliant trainers, speakers, and organizers, we are closer to that than ever."
